Alle Räume sind hell, freundlich und frisch renoviert. Von den Zimmern hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Turm, Hof und Schloss. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Our cozy apartment is located in the tranquil Spessart in the heart of Germany. The apartment is on the second floor of a detached house and consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Special highlights are the two wood-burning stoves, which serve as the only heating system. If you want to keep it warm, you have to start a fire. Firewood is available free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, coffee maker and dishes / pots.
