This property feels secluded and is quiet despite proximity to the highway. A gurgling fountain lulls you to sleep. While I never met Natty, check-in was smooth, she was easy to communicate with and left me delicious snacks and drinks.

Great place in a nice little neighborhood pocket that is still walkable to shops/beach. Hosts were responsive and accommodating to our needs with a baby. Would definitely recommend this listing and hope to stay again.

Incredible property! Megan was an ideal host, quick to respond and more than accommodating. The home was perfect for our little family. The proximity of water to house was second to none. We have travelled quite and bit and use Airbnb often, the jacuzzi to fire pit to ocean proximity is unmatched. Will definitely stay again, can’t recommend Megan or her property enough!

Absolutely incredible stay! The Malibu house exceeded all expectations—spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly clean. The views were stunning, especially at sunset, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Everything we needed was provided, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy linens. Communication with the host was seamless and welcoming. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a longer escape, this place is the perfect coastal retreat. We’re already planning our next stay!

We've stayed on Glenn's beautiful boat so many times I've lost track. It's our favorite place to stay in Ventura! This time we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. It was perfect! We saw a seal swimming around plus we enjoyed the live music and food at the Harbor. Can't wait to go back soon!!

A slice of paradise best describes this house and location. It felt warm and cozy and being able to walk out the back door and right onto the beach was soooo great. We loved every moment and really look forward to future visits. Cruz, the host, was incredibly responsive and just great throughout.

A piece of heaven on earth! Regina’s home is perfectly located, offering stunning views from every window and beautifully modern decor. The linens and furniture are of high quality and extremely comfortable. It's evident that Regina curated each space with care and thoughtfulness. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials. Regina’s place is meticulously maintained, both inside and out. We loved exploring the grounds—there's beauty in every direction. Regina is a professional and gracious host; we felt at home instantly. She was very responsive, and her advice and recommendations were spot on. Regina’s home is truly special. Great location, hot tub and pool were really great, great family spaces. We had a great week there. Also, Melissa was very helpful in mailing me something I accidentally left behind in the house.

This house is beautiful, clean and is full of amenities. The view is stunning and the gardens are amazing. Only note is the walkway isn’t good for suitcases so be prepared to carry them and not roll them to the front door. Lots of space and privacy.

Sarah was very responsive to our questions and super friendly. The house was as described, and has everything you need. Surprisingly quiet for being on a main street. It was very close to some fun restaurants and it's a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay here; it was a nice respite from my busy conference!

Connie is the best host I’ve ever had! Her property was paradise, the house felt like a complete getaway even though it was just 1 1/2 hrs from LA. We got to go whale watching in Santa Barba and come back to the property to lounge by the beautiful heated pool surrounded by fruit trees and a beautiful fragrant flower garden. Connie was super responsive and accommodating, everything in the house worked well and the space was so relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Ardie was very responsive and extremely accommodating. We were traveling for work and it was a very charming and elegant place to come home to after days of work. All of the furnishings and features were really nice. I would to come back to the Malibou Lake cabin, the scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous and great for hanging outside. Everything was as described. We had a great girls weekend there.

Our family of 5 had a perfect week here. The location is perfect for beach days or to jump on the 101 and head into SB or up the 154.

Great location! Beach was only a few minutes walk. Neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet, with exception of the daily national anthem coming from the nearby naval base. The house is stocking with everything you would need to make big family meals and anything you might want for beach play. Our grown kids LOVED the ping pong table in the garage!

We had such an amazing weekend! The house was even better than the pictures—super cozy, clean, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. It had all the perfect touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Sarah was such a great host—so kind, easy to communicate with, and made sure we had a smooth and comfortable stay. Beautiful, peaceful space for what we needed - a respite from LA city life. This is a rare find where the photos looked like the house. Lovely home, super comfy beds, super tidy, all the amenities we needed. The walk to the beach is very close, essentially across the street and down stairs. The beach was great, the third day beach patrol shared the beach was closed, but we still got some good time in earlier in the day, and people were still taking walks throughout the day, so no idea why BP was attempting to enforce. Michael and Brita are very responsive and kind - excellent hosts. We would stay here again!

Our 2nd stay here, and we still loved it so much. Quiet but close to everything, so many thoughtful touches (hampers in every bedroom, for example!) and perfect for our family of 4. Kelly was very responsive and friendly. Comfortable beds. Love this place, highly recommend!

Sarah and her husband were fantastic hosts ! super responsive . My boyfriend and I wanted to get away and it was exactly what we wanted. the views were spectacular. If you're looking to get away this Is the perfect private getaway . The location makes you feel like you actually left California and into a private beach-jungle hide out. Everything inside is contemporary and the best part is the beds are amazing ! Will definitely be returning !
