Aparthotel vacation rentals in Rio de Janeiro Metropolitan Area

The stay at the place was great! It's a very comfortable, clean apartment, and perfectly located in the Leblon neighborhood and one block from the beach. Close to subte, bars and shops. The host was always attentive to what we needed and was super friendly. To keep in mind, the apartment has an electric kitchen of only 1 stove, as well as a microwave. It's the only thing we can highlight. Everything else was great. We recommend it!

Rosa was one of the sweetest hosts that I ever had in my life!!!! Such a sweet soul. She helped me with recommendations all around Rio de Janeiro (food, activities etc) - just wow. Very recommended! <3

Location is great, it is in a very safe place and with a family atmosphere. We really like the restaurant that is in the building itself, with fair prices and excellent menu. The only thing I didn't try to know before is that the parking space would have to be paid separately, and I was not notified in advance (at least it was a fair price). The city was packed by the time I chose to travel on a holiday, but the location in a gated community with all the amenities made it worth it for the safety and tranquility, only the price was a little higher than usual. The room is not spacious but nothing that would compromise the stay. Anyway, I would come back!

Everything is new and clean and very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and they responded quickly. A cutthroat this Airbnb. Perfect and very comfortable.

Very good attention. It has 24-hour reception and we were able to leave our bags after check-out to be able to tour the city. Recommended!

We love staying at Carlos's place. Condiz with the description and the photos, all very organized, clean. Carlos was helpful, allowed us to enter earlier than the check-in time, it was flexible. Everything we needed for the stay had available in the space. We didn't stay much, we strolled a lot and used more to sleep, so it answered us perfectly.

Fantastic place to spend with friends and family. It is 30 to 40 minutes from the center of Teresópolis. So if you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. But don't go with the intention of going out and coming back from Tere, it can be tiring. Bring all the necessary food to make your stay more satisfying, without having to keep ordering food, but if you need it, there is a nearby place that delivers. Nilse is always available to help and support if needed. Katia and Paulo are great, friendly and proactive people, making communication much better. The house is fantastic, just like the photos. The only reasonable point is the pool, which will depend more on the weather, as it is a river pool. But the river that is very close to the house makes up for the lack of a “large pool”. In addition to the river that is 2 minutes away, there is a “dam”/“pool” of running water from that same river 15 minutes away on foot, it is really worth it. In short, an amazing house, friendly people and outdoor activity.

The accommodation was exactly as described in the photos. The super equipped kitchen. Katia always responds super fast, is extremely kind and understanding. The location is very good, you can walk to the beach. It is approximately 4 blocks. It has a market place close by 24h. I loved the experience.

It was such a nice stay in Ipanema. Close to everything and we could see the beach from our balcony. When back to Rio we would love to stay the same place

wonderful! great space, well located, super practical check-in, no key limitation. The hosts were super kind, quick response, answered all our requests, and cleared the entrance to the apartment long before the check-in time.

The apartment is very well located, the hosts respond quickly and the gatekeepers are very responsive. The only downside is that the apartment has some infiltrations, for those with rhinitis complicates a little. But, I highly recommend and want to return soon!!

Great place, close to Riocentro, with a market structure and restaurant/cafeteria/bakery on the ground floor. It still has a great balcony, facing a very beautiful green area. In addition, Jacqueline was always willing to help and answer questions, excellent host. I would definitely stay again!
