We loved our stay at their airbnb it was truly just like the photos! Check in was very smooth and I loved how safe we felt at the apartment due to the security features at concierge. We found the location to be perfect and authentic because it wasn’t near the super touristy side. If we had any questions their response times were very quick! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful and authentic getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Stephane was always responsive. The place looked just like in the pictures. Amazing location, right next to the beach. Great options for food and drink nearby. Safe building with receptionist 24 hours. Enjoyed the stay.

Our best staying in Rio ever! The view was stunning, the apartment is spacious, charming, super clean, comfortable and well equipped. It’s suitable for home office too, with fast internet. We felt right at home and loved the beach and restaurants in the surrounding! Last but not least, the hosts were very friendly and responsive and the building staff very welcoming! It is a great place for those who want to stay close to Farmasi Arena. It is possible to walk for about 10 minutes to the place, and the neighborhood seems safe to transit on foot (there are only condominiums). The apartment is comfortable and well equipped.

The stay was perfect! The apartment is exactly like in the listing pictures. All very clean and organized. The location is super privileged, close to the main restaurants and shops of Itaipava. The condominium is very cool, with large pool, gym and playground for children. The hostess was very attentive from booking to check out.

Rodrigo and his brother Marcelo are exemplary hosts. Impeccable apartment, everything properly organized, with towels for guests and condominium with great safety infrastructure, food, leisure area and gym. The property's location is also privileged, with exit very close to the avenue of the Americas. There are also some restaurants very close to walking (and also a market), which made our stay a lot easier. I highly recommend the property!

First I want to thank Diane , my husband and I love the stay , very clean apartment, I didn't miss anything . I recommend to know the beach with the black tip, it is busier and the sea is quieter , enjoy the free public transport to all places of marica and air-conditioning , I did not spend anything with Uber. Where Ap is, I didn't see only grocery stores . But I went to the center and bought everything I needed at the supermarket . The place is beautiful, a little away from the commercial side, so it was very quiet, you are immersed in nature and the view of the room is beautiful too! Besides, Bárbara was great, responded quickly, met some demands that I had and always very kind. I recommend it!

Alberto was an extremely flexible and attentive host. We felt at home, my baby loved the space of the apartment that was impeccable, they had a lot of zeal for our stay. No doubt we will close with Alberto on the next trips to Rio.

The apartment is fantastic - very well equipped, comfortable, with lots of practical solutions. It is perfect for both long and short stays in Rio. Right round the corner you will find the Botanical Garden and the Lage Park, as well as lots of cafes, restaurants, cool clothing shops, pharmacies and supermarkets. It can get a bit in the evening and at night due to heavy traffic, though. I would still recommend it!
