Luiz was attentive from the check in until the checkout. Received us kindly and made us feel extremely comfortable. The house is beautiful, just like the ad, with a breathtaking view. All rooms were well equipped and there were ventilators and air conditioning in the rooms. Greatly functioning Internet and 3 TVs, all with streaming access. In addition, Luiz welcomed us with some pampering and excellent indications of what to do in the region. Our stay at Carnival was perfect, we felt at home, your Carlos is a very helpful host, the house is very cozy has bed linens, kitchen utensils, served us well. The pool is wonderful and the view is impeccable. Loved our stay.

This is the second time we have stayed in Flat in Rio and the experience was again excellent! The apartment has an amazing view. We went with a baby and we had a bathtub, eating chair, crib and stroller. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, even has washing machine. In addition to being very well decorated. Impeccable towels and sheets. The condo is excellent. They provide umbrella and lounge chairs in addition to having a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, all inside. We love to stay with Sandra! It was the whole time very kind, nice and available to help us when we need it. The apartment was clean, with good clothes. The location is very good, close to the fort of Copacabana and Ipanema. We would certainly stay with Sandra again on an upcoming trip to Rio de Janeiro.

We love the house , the exterior space of the house is spectacular , beautifully decorated , pool area and very good barbecue. 2 very comfortable rooms with air conditioning and with great bedding. Everything was perfect , Diego was extremely helpful and friendly and helped with everything we need!!! Wonderful house to stay with family and friends. I will vote for sure

The house has ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen with good utensils and wonderful view. The outdoor area is great. The Ivanildo that takes care of the outside area and the dogs is extremely attentive. O Carlos who received us was a 10. Dogs are a separate experience. Docile, affectionate and captivating village. We even use public transportation, which is very good and free, to go to dinner. Because it is old, the house is in need of some maintenance. On the right side of the house there are two kiosks serving snacks and lunch. The experience was very enjoyable. Thank you for your welcome.

Panoramic view of Copacabana. Breath-taking place when you open the door. The apartment has a front and side enclosed balcony that provides a stunning panoramic view, not to mention the natural lighting. The apto is very well appointed, very comfortable, very clean. John and Charlotte are very attentive and the location could not be better. Bares, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and pharmacies, all just a few steps away. The beach is in front and the streets of the region are calm, away from the muvuca. I felt at home!

The house is even more pleasant than it looks! The rooms have air-conditioning, which provided pleasant nights of sleep. What should also be highlighted is the attention given by co-host Penha and her children, who were always present when necessary, whether for questions or needs. I recommend it and we will certainly be back!

the home eh lovely and cozy, the eh wonderful location, foot in the sand, I have been a frequenter of Itaúna for years, difficult to find a house like this. Bed linen, pillows, swimwear, beds, household items, excellent quality td. Arthur always responded quickly. We feel at home. The negative point is that there was a WQS event qd we arrived, right in front of the house, the very loud sound, disturbed the peace a little, even inside the house, but we arrived on the last day, so it was only bad the first day, but it has nothing to do with the house itself. I'm sure I'll be back, but only qd there are no events in Itaúna. The house is perfect!!!

The appartment has all standart equippement and is well alight. It does lack luxury but if that is not what the renter is looking for the surroundings and the hospitability of henrique will make up for it at ease. We had a great stay!
