Casa Leve is a rustic and super charming house, built entirely with demolition materials, wattle and daub walls, and was built with a focus on sustainability, integration with nature and comfort. The house is furnished and decorated with furniture and art pieces from Atelier Carlos França, who also designed and built the house. The house is totally integrated with nature. We have redário, lawn, little house with slips, swinging, floor fire and shower in the garden. Surrounded terrain with screen and fence.

Paquetá - Gaudi Tower

Great studio with panoramic views of the bottom of Guanabara Bay and Serra dos Órgãos, attached to Casa de Artes Paquetá, the neighborhood's cultural center. The Gaudi Tower is located next to an important historical region of the island and surrounded by lots of greenery and tranquility on all sides. All rooms are very airy, with high ceilings and large windows that frame the ocean view. The studio has a large outdoor balcony, where Gaudi's sofa invites you to sunbathe and gaze at the moon.
