The walk to the beach is very quiet (300 meters - 5 minutes) and the access roads are paved and flat. The house is ground floor, the sun enters the two bedrooms providing a sense of comfort. The bathrooms are large and airy. The balcony is spacious, overlooking the lawn and has a barbecue and sink. The house accommodates up to 5 people.

Access to the site is only by boat or trail, perfect for those who want to get in touch with nature and relax. Our daily rate includes a delicious breakfast and the chalet is equipped with: Air-conditioning, Sky TV, minibar, private bathroom, bedding and a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Forest. All this is 150 meters from the sea.

Beautiful Beach House, 4 Suites with heated Pool

The house is very comfortable and in perfect harmony with nature, in gated community and 24h security. The outdoor area has a large garden with palm trees, coconut palms and fruit trees. The barbecue place and table on the balcony allow a perfect integration between all guests, whether inside the house, in the garden, the pool and wet bar. The beach, which is 200m away from the house, is clean, flat and with crystal clear water, with moderate waves.

Ideal for up to 2 couples or 4 people (pet friendly), the cabin is located inside the condominium. Jd São Lourenço (next to Riviera) and has a large living room and integrated kitchen, a veranda with a hammock and a comfortable suite. We are a 10-15 minute walk (5 minutes by car) from the beaches of Riviera and Itaguaré (deserted beach), both accessible from within the condominium. The condominium is monitored by cameras and private security.
