The house is charming and cozy, we had a great time in it. The lawn has a beautiful view of the mountains, and a well-maintained plot. The house had everything you need for your stay and cooking, all the utensils are clean and new. The towel and bed linen are all new, nice too. We were also provided with a crib for baby. We would like to come back to this house and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you so much for such a warm welcome!

Beautiful apartment with garage! Very good location, close to bars, cafes, supermarkets. It has a beach 600 meters away . Comfortable and functional, with everything you need...Diego is a super host!

The place is AMAZING! It is bigger than what it looks in the photos. The apartment is so cozy and Ines house is beautiful with a big garden. You can get anywhere really quick with uber or if you have a car. I recommend this place. Also Ines was very kind and friendly.

I highly recommend Betina's place! The house is super comfortable, has a beautiful garden and the location is fantastic, quiet to rest and close to the lake and places to eat or have a drink after walking. Everything was great. The water is plentiful, under pressure and hot. The wifi goes all the way to the garden, we could connect 3 netbooks at the same time. Comfortable beds and there is plenty of place to store clothes and personal items. Super quiet. There are businesses of everything four blocks away. You go down to the lake 20 meters away. You can see the lake from the windows and garden. We were able to eat outside, there is a chulengo. The cabin is well fresh, fully equipped, and beautifully decorated. Everything is impeccably tidy and clean. We had everything we had everything we needed. Cherries and raspberries grow on the garden, and lots of flowers, and lots of flowers. The neighborhood is halfway to Llao Llao so everything is close by. There are 3 bus lines 2 blocks away. Silvi and Lautaro are very friendly, they always welcomed us very well. We'll be back!!!!

We had a great stay the 6 days we spent in Bariloche. The house is impeccable, comfortable and very practical. Diego's antithesis is excellent. Super recommended.

We spent 9 very nice days, the cabin was what we expected, Juan gave us all the directions where to buy and/or eat ( restaurants, super, etc.) very attentive to us. We would come back without thinking.

Unbeatable location: a spectacular panoramic view overlooking Lake Gutiérrez, with exclusive beach and direct access. Being immersed in the Circuito Chico, surrounded by nature and close to the main attractions, was a privilege. The house is a gem, not only for its architecture, but for its equipment, privacy, and details that exceeded our expectations. Alejandro is an artist specializing in wood, and his home reflects his talent. He comes from a family of carpenters, and his lineage should feel honored with the work he has achieved. Each corner conveys its love for the craft. Thank you Alejandro! I would love to come back!

We were with my daughter staying 7 days great spacious place, board games, comfortable bed, impeccable bathroom, super quiet and safe … obviously we will come back

The location is spectacular. Very comfortable house with everything you need for your stay. There was only little water pressure from the shower but nothing serious, hot water came out equally. The rest is all very well.

The views of the house are BEAUTIFUL. You can watch the sunset sitting on the deck. It's a very quiet neighborhood and you can't hear any noise. The house itself, for 2 people is perfect. It is well appointed and very well heated. The patio grill works perfectly. There is a supermarket 10min away by car. The access to the house is easy and you have close (15min by car) many restaurants. Paula is a genius, our whole trip was available to help us with whatever we needed. We'll be back!!

Claudio and Maria attended us like kings, a place I would return to 1 and a thousand times, I recommend it 100%, the location is perfect with access to everything you need to enjoy your stay. They recommend places, they kept our bags on arrival and go and were always attentive to everything we needed. 10 stars.
