Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

The Chalet de La Gestère

Very nice wooden chalet, 80m2, located in the heart of the Coteaux de Gascogne, the Chalet de la Gestère, nestled in nature, on a large property, comfortable, equipped, with its lit terrace, 50m2, "facing the large oak". Available on the property the large landscaped swimming pool (150 m2 on balcony), the games room, 1km of forested walking paths to the medieval tower (XVIth),facing the Pyrenees, orchard, vegetable garden, ... This stone house, on the margins of a small village, in the middle of the hillsides was built in 1810 on a large plot, it was completely renovated this year. Thanks to the swimming pool (8m by 4) with its large sliding wooden terrace (which also allows you to close it), at the barbecue or at the ping pong table you can spend good times in the open air. The place also offers beautiful walks with views of the Pyrenees which are an hour's drive away (Toulouse is also 1 hour away).

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

The estate is located 30 minutes from Saint Gaudens, 1 hour from Toulouse, Tarbes and Auch. The city of Lourdes and La Mongie ski resort are 1.5 hours each. The 11x5 m swimming pool is open from the spring season (from 30/04 to 30/09). Cozy garden furniture and BBQ. Many hiking activities are offered in the area. The surrounding countryside can also be discovered on horseback or by ATV. Wifi included, 8 private parking spaces.
