Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Housing perched in a small village of character located on a volcanic plateau. Historic natural stronghold; the hamlet of Chastel-marlhac is located in the southern limit of a rounded basaltic plateau more than 1 kilometer in diameter surrounded by cliffs. This site is the perfect place for adventurous children and adults (wild and rugged nature/ presence of the violin torrent below the plateau). Ideal for family reunification / for weeks with friends and children /

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

The house is located in the very quiet village of Mandailles, at the foot of the large Puy Mary site. Summer: The Pleine Nature Station offers plenty of activities. 15 minutes from Lac des Graves. Starting point for GR 400 hikes. Winter: skis, snowshoes. 18 km from Lioran ski resort (if the road is cleared of snow). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves, nearby shops, hotels, restaurants, grocery store, bakery.

Cozy cottage with a hot tub

Charming peaceful cottage in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes. It has a relaxation area with a jacuzzi, a fenced garden and two private parking spaces. Shops are 200m from the property and others in nearby towns. Champagnac is an old mining town that is close to several lakes for swimming in the summer (car) as well as hiking trails. In winter, 3 ski resorts are less than an hour's drive from the accommodation.

The Chalet des Clarines is a 5-minute walk to the village of Saint Genès Champespe, 1000 m above sea level. It is close to Besse and Super Besse. In a very cozy atmosphere, the Chalet des Clarines welcomes you in a green setting, with a view from the south-facing terrace of the Monts du Cantal, and a view at the back of the Massif du Sancy. My accommodation welcomes couples and families with children.

Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.

Ideally located in the heart of Sancy, with a unique view of both the Château de Murol and Sancy, this chalet will offer you a moment of privileged relaxation. You will have the opportunity to navigate around Saint Nectaire (10 min), Murol (5 min), Lac Chambon (10 min), Super Besse (25 min), Le Mont Dore and La Bourboule (30 min), and other places, each more beautiful than the last.
