A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. Waterfront restaurants, charming cafes, and shops are a short walk away. Nearest beach just 100 meters from the apartment. With all of this around, you might just decide to enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony over a glass of wine. 10-20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 5 min by taxi to the bus station. It's perfect for any type of travellers, also booking for events is available. It's 5 minutes by car to Risan or 25 minutes walking. 15 minutes by car to Kotor and 20 minutes to Tivat Airport. Apartment Luna is situated 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and from the beaches in completely new building,which has an underground garage and parking in front of it.The building also has an elevator.The apartment is equipped whit a completely new and luxurious furniture.The view from the balcony is amazing.On the left side you can see the interior of the bay and all Old Town and all fortress San Giovanni, on the right you have a view of the open sea.
