The apartment is located on the last floor of one of Pärnu's most historical buildings, built in 17th Century and has a balcony with a magical view over Old Town rooftops. Stylishly renovated, has all modern comforts & an inner courtyard for parking.

Raeküla tervise- ja suusarajad asuvad linnulennult 2 km kaugusel, pakkudes suurepäraseid sportimisvõimalusi igal aastaajal. Mõnesaja meetri kaugusel ootavad seiklushimulisi külalisi männimetsas asuvad krossi- ja ATV rajad ning discgolfi rada. This small one-room apartment with open kitchen is ideal choice for two people. It is located in the best place in Pärnu. City centre with its cafes and bars is just here, and sandy beach is a 15-minute walk through nice holiday area. Bus station is 10 minutes walk. A lovely park just behind the building! In the apartment there is well-equipped minikitchen, sofa bed (140 cm), Wi-Fi and desk for working. NB! Bathroom is very tiny and might be uncomfortable to use for bigger people.

This cozy apartment is located 5-minute walk away from beach and 15 minutes walk away from the city centre. The apartment is perfect for families and couples. There is a small grocery store across the street. You have free parking space for one car and free wifi. For an additional fee you can rent sauna or oudoor hot tub. During the SUMMER months (June, July, August) cozy garden café is open, we offer a buffet breakfast every day from 8:00 to 11:30 for an additional fee.

Also private patio makes available to enjoy your morning coffee outside. There is also private parking inside the yard.
