The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

We live directly on the Wiedaudeich, which belongs to a large nature reserve with a fascinating birdlife and at the same time forms the border with Denmark. Here you can experience the famous sort sol, the black sun, in the spring and autumn, the breathtaking dance of ten thousand starlings in the evening sky.

The house has been newly renovated and has a particularly unique furniture with love of detail. The house has a large garden with a fire bowl where every summer night becomes a beautiful memory. In the immediate vicinity (10km) you are already on the North Sea and after only two railway stations you are on Sylt. Not only in summer the cottage is a popular destination, also in winter it impresses with its coziness, to which the oven in the living area contributes.

There is space to grill, play or let your mind wander. The garden is completely fenced. Of course, there is also a baby bed in the house. The beach is 15 minutes away by car. In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful Nordstrand beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting Nordstrand Mermaid House with two apartments. This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.
