Kingfisher is a beautifully appointed glamping pod located amongst our topiary garden overlooking the pond and banks of the Willow Brook with views beyond, to the open countryside. The pod has its own decking with furniture a bbq and fire pit with pizza oven to relax and unwind whist looking out for the kingfisher, heron, Mr and Mrs Mallard or maybe the two otters who live upstream. What we can promise are uninterrupted views, some great sunsets and a relaxed sense of wellbeing and peacefulness.

Lower Farm View is beautifully converted with outstanding views, it's situated in the Rutland Village of Empingham and is only a short walk from Rutland Water's North Shore. Only 6 miles from the beautiful Georgian town of Stamford and 6/7 miles from the picturesque towns of Uppingham and Oakham. The village itself has a hairdresser, doctor's surgery, and shop. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.

Beautifully appointed double room with its own shower-room and mini-kitchen. Light, bright and luxurious all in one go. The cabin is accessed via the side passage of the main house, meaning you can come and go as you please. A lit path winds down the garden to this gorgeous cedar-clad structure with a meadow roof and nature walls. You’ll feel like you’re in a country hideaway whilst also being very centrally located. Inside it’s light and airy whilst also quiet and cosy.
