A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private tennis court, should you wish to use it. In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. New Barn

A self-contained studio flat on the first floor of an oak-framed barn in the heart of Owslebury village, a stone’s throw from The Ship pub. It has a kitchen and dining area, bathroom with shower, and a living space with a large double, or twin beds. The kitchen includes a two-ringed hob, fridge, combi-microwave,kettle, coffee machine and toaster. There is off-road private parking just outside the property. EV charger - 22kW type 2 - available on request (extra charge for electricity used).

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Please let us know if you'd like to meet and feed the Alpaca - they'd like to meet you!

Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

Centrally located for exploring the cities of Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton or Chichester.
