Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Riverside

This is my second time here so obviously I think it's great. It's well-maintained, comfy, and in a beautiful hilly area. The studio is attached to her home but is on its own level and has no door leading to her house. For an attached unit, it feels pretty private. I didn't have a car and that worked out fine because I'm okay with hill climbing. It's about a 12 min walk to a grocery store and some restaurants, 20 min walk to the LA river and the coffee shops along it. Adrien was kind and a wonderful host!

Maria's place was absolutely delightful! The location is unbeatable, right near everything you could need. From the moment we arrived, both she and her husband made us feel right at home. Having a grocery store just across the street was incredibly convenient, and we loved discovering the nearby taco stand—such a treat! Gusto's bakery was an incredible find, just a short walk away, and we took full advantage of the easy stroll to the beach for free yoga sessions on the bluff. Maria's thoughtful touch of providing yoga mats was such a bonus! We truly appreciated that so many stores and restaurants were within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable since we didn't need a car to explore the area. The unit itself was spotless and secure, plus it was stocked with a variety of extra amenities like coffee, tea, cooking essentials, and personal care items. Overall, I can't recommend Maria's place enough. I hope to return!

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

place is clean, safe, and spacious, with plenty of essential items provided. Although I didn’t have much time to fully enjoy everything, the facilities were truly perfect. Most importantly, the host was always quick to respond, even to my many small questions. I truly appreciated the prompt communication. Highly recommended!

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

I had a great stay, the apartment is beautiful and has everything you need in the kitchen. I didn’t try the gym, but that’s an option. As far as the host goes, he went above and beyond. Met me in person with the keys and when I forgot my ear pods, he made it possible for me to meet him and retrieve them after I checked out. I will stay again.

What a fantastic beach-getaway! Richard was so fun and friendly when we checked in, and we felt right at home. The home was gorgeous and just yards away from the beach, and had a beautiful patio for relaxing in the sunshine. We hope to come back soon for another trip!

Robert's LA home was a wonderful getaway for a mid-sized group. The living room is the perfect gathering place with lovely bay doors. The master shower was a delight. Overall a wonderful venue.

Such a great little place! Very clean, beautiful and located in a great spot. The owner was so kind and very responsive. The only thing that would have made the stay perfect would have been a parking space - there was lots of street parking but a few times we had to park a couple blocks away which would normally be fine but we have small children and it’s a little cumbersome. Still such a great stay!

I loved this studio! It was quiet, comfortable, private and well-provisioned. The bed was super comfortable! It met my all needs. Parking was very convenient. Great value! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Definitely would stay again! Very clean and well appointed. I’ve rented a lot of places on the peninsula when visiting my mom at her assisted living. This was the most elegant and comfortable. The only issues I can think of were the absence of a how-to manual (we never could figure out how to use the overhead fans or perhaps they were broken) and the sound quality of the living room tv speaker is very tinny.

I had the most amazing time staying here for my birthday with my closest loved ones. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to Newport Beach, with so many charming cafes and great restaurants nearby. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The space has such a peaceful, comforting energy, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly, which made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a serene getaway close to the beach, this is the place!

Ash’s place is truly a slice of heaven! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the gorgeous views and the beautifully designed interior—it’s clear that so much thought and care went into every detail. The space felt peaceful, welcoming, and instantly like home. I especially appreciated all the small touches that made my stay so comfortable—thoughtfully provided toiletries, essential home cleaning supplies, snacks, and even fresh flowers. Everything was impeccably clean, and the atmosphere was both cozy and elegant. Ash is an incredible host, making sure every detail was taken care of. Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here, the view is beautiful and the place was extremely clean. Parking was great and it was private.

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.

What a wonderful place to stay and what a great host! Our family fit comfortably and absolutely loved the layout and closeness to the beach. There were games and toys for the kids to play with, nothing was run down or broken, and the host very responsive, informative, and respectful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
