Marriott’s Desert Springs Villas II is a premium vacation resort/timeshare with many nearby attractions. The property boasts 7 outdoor pools, basketball courts, & bike rentals. Guest room incl: king bed, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette (mini-frig, microwave, coffee maker) & balcony. Max occupancy 4. Nonsmoking. Must be 21 years old or older, and with valid credit card and ID. NO bookings or changes within 20 days of arrival date!

Sakura House (Room 1)

Private room, entry & bathroom. Queen size bed. FOOD IS NOT AVAILABLE at this time. We have growing traffic on our main road; winter & spring, especially Feb-April events, bring staggering amounts of visitors to PS, as well as rains, flooding, & road closures, routing large vehicles down our street. Our guests love it here but we had our first complaint so noting it for light sleepers & those seeking ample quietude.
