This is a brand new house. This house is small, but very cozy, and has all amenities you need to enjoy your holiday. This house is located on the shore side of the lake, where you can enjoy the lake view from inside of the house and on open deck at the back of the house. On the deck you may enjoy romantic dinner or drink the morning coffee and watch swans and ducks swimming in the lake. There is a tennis court available nearby for people who like to stay active during their days off.

There are no public roads going through or next to the property, preserving the tranquility and peace of the area.  My land is 13 miles from the Pacific ocean and enjoys a relatively mild yearly climate, and features giant boulders and native wildlife.

Rancho Santa Rosa Casita/Art Gallery, Spa & Sauna

We are 15 degrees cooler than Palm Springs in the summer. Our back area stays at around 70 degrees in the winter. This was a cattleman's bunkhouse at the turn of the century and is located on the San Jacinto/Santa Rosa National Monument. It borders with the San Bernardino National Forest and is across the highway from hiking and equestrian trails.
