Monthly Rentals in Riverside

We stayed when visiting my sister and her family - such a great house to be local but out of the way. The little downtown area is a mile from the house, walk through the neighborhood for a great morning stroll for coffee. Easy to navigate and the entrance isn’t directly on the busy main road. Small fenced yard was excellent as well. All in all, felt like home. We’ll be back with my parents when we need more space!

We had a great stay at this AirBnB, probably one of the best so far. The property was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a 30 day stay (except food and adult beverages :-). The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. Our host, Gregg, communicated well and made his expectations clear for what we could and could not do. When things did not go exactly as planned, we reached out to him via the AirBnB app and were able to work things out easily. For future guests, let me emphasize that there is a no smoking/no vaping inside the house and Gregg takes that seriously. We had a false report from a sensor that briefly caused some concern but open communication lines resolved it easily and quickly. Overall, we would definitely stay at the property again!

Great spot to watch trains from. Plenty of restaurants within a 20-minute walk. Nice apartment layout.

Place was excellent and its worthy for what we paid for but couple of power outlets are not working other than that everything is good and I liked it
