Isidore's house, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance that is totally independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance, a small table allows you to eat in the shade of the wisteria. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom are accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the bedroom gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view of the bay of Eze.

You'll love my place for these reasons: My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families with kids. Two-room apartment structured inside a house, in the center of Tarantasca, with independent entrance and parking. The room consists of: fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and two single beds; bathroom with large shower and toilet. Bathroom and bedroom linen is included in the apartment.

Our house near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for family, friends and Airbnb rentals. Our accommodation is not new but we ensure comfort and quality of welcome. The outbuildings (pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for the occupants of the house (hosts and Airbnb guests). The accommodation has a second entrance and is almost fully equipped (dishes, washing machine, sheets etc.).

Barolo, Serralunga, and Monforte d'Alba and over 100 of the best wineries in Italy are within 7-8 miles. The Dolcetto, Barbera, and Nebbiolo vineyards begin leafing out in early spring. The most recent white truffle season was the best in years.
