Very nice apartment, spacious for 6 people, very bright, overlooking the Chiavari promenade and equipped with everything you may need. Double glazing ensures tranquility even in the evening. Free parking is about a ten-minute walk. Thanks for letting us have a nice Pasquale bridge!

Anna was super helpful and generous. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and fully stocked with coffee and treats. The location was perfect (quiet with a beautiful view). Everything was perfect.

Extremely friendly hostess who was always available. The apartment is a little remote (car necessary) and can only be reached by a few stairs, but corresponds to the description and the value for money is very good!

Federico and Gemma welcomed us warmly with our dog and were present throughout with tips and advice. They even drew our attention to an upcoming storm and provided us with the garage for our vintage car in time. All in all very pleasant and everything according to the description. We'll be back.

House near the center and the sea with a nice convenient parking adjacent to the house, equipped, comfortable and clean. Francesca was always quick and available in communication, she also provided us with useful tips. Great value for money. Highly recommended!!!

We had a wonderful week in this vacation home! When entering through the metal fence, the driveway was flanked by beautiful oleander bushes that were in full bloom. Inside you enter a living space with high ceilings and spacious rooms. There was a cool bottle of rosé ready, which was a nice welcome:) In the kitchen everything was well equipped. Glad you have another shower room separate from the bathroom with bath. When we stayed on the spot we enjoyed the swimming pool and the cozy garden with the beautiful, high umbrella beds and the wide view. Very quiet neighborhood! Slept wonderfully! Claire contacted us immediately after booking and also asked how we were doing during our stay. That made us feel very welcome! And then we certainly don't want to forget Paule: she is a super sweet neighbor who was waiting for us with a key and explanation and also came to pick us out on departure. I have rarely found such a well-kept accommodation in Italy, the house is impeccable, the perfect combination of art and functionality, the typical Ligurian house but tastefully renovated adding a touch of personalization, the kitchen is complete with everything, the large bathroom with a spacious shower, the bedroom comfortable. Silvia and Giugliano are two caring and kind hosts and leave nothing to chance. Ideal location away from the chaos of the Riviera but just minutes away. Highly recommended

The house is great and very well organised with all the necessary amenities , distance to Pietrasanta and to the beach covered on a daily basis by bicycles maybe not for all but not an issue for us , house is cool especially during very hot summer days and thanks to the fans present in each bedroom , I did read about the close trains passing by once again it could be an issue but personally they did not bother us , out all day and tired enough to sleep at night time , once again thank you for the great holiday home

Nice big House. Big living room, big kitchen and a huge terrace with a nice valley/sea view. climbing crags of Finale are easy to reach by Car (20 min to max 35 min).

The accommodation is clean, equipped with everything you need for your vacation, in a quiet area and convenient to all the necessary amenities. In 10 minutes you arrive in the center by bus and metro. Ideal for a family of 4. Nicoletta and Gaetano are super hosts. Very welcoming, polite and available for any need. Absolutely recommended.

Very nice apartment with beautiful views. Be careful, it absolutely takes the car to enjoy it. Very well located for visiting Nice, Monaco and the surrounding area. Our arrival was complicated because the parking space reserved for us was already occupied by a neighbor and there are not really other spaces nearby. We recommend this apartment which is spacious and warm.

The beach and promenade is wonderful with a few nice beach bars. We rented two e-bikes at Alfa Bikes for a few days. One day we took them on the train to Imperia and cycled back to Sanremo on the ‘pistacliclabile’ that has been made on the old railway track. It was really fantastic!

We were two couples in this six-person home. Apartment in gated residence very quiet, great location and very clean. Very good responsiveness from Sophie and Fanny who welcomed us. Ideal site to radiate from the Giens peninsula to St Tropez and in the Maures mountains.

Modern, with an amazing view and well equipped. Something out of their control is that the road to the house is quite narrow, so might be challenging for the driver if it has a large car.

The apartment is as described, very spacious, equipped with everything and quiet. There's always a parking spot under the house, and this is an additional strength. On foot you can reach the sea (800 meters) to the center with many restaurants and clubs. You're close to everything by car. In short, great location. Some small necessary maintenance already communicated to Francesco a great landlord.
