On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

The cabin is located about 8 km west of Stryn city center. Approximately 1.5 km in the direction of Hennebygda from the sharp right turn on RV 15. 250 m.a.s.l. The cabin is located with a south-facing view of fjords and mountains. Large porch. Car road all the way to the door. Electricity and water are connected. Internet. The cabin is well suited for day trips to Geiranger, Loen Skylift, Briksdalen and more. 10 km to Ullsheim ski resort, miles of cross-country trails. A little further to the alpine resort in Stryn. One hour to two airports.

Experience farm life up close and live in the old house on our farm at Robjørgane in Stryn. The farm is beautifully located 300 meters above sea level with panoramic views of Nordfjorden. On the farm you can meet chickens and cats in the yard, and lambs grazing outside the living room window. If you want to greet the animals, you are welcome to do so. The farm is a short distance from great hiking opportunities, both hikes and more action-packed experiences. Feel free to ask the host for tips on nearby trips.

The chalet is at the end of a private road and the area is quiet and peaceful. There is barbecue at the cabin for fine evenings with sunset in the fjord. There is a fireplace in the living room and it comes with firewood that can be used if it gets cold. There is also electric heating in every room. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price.
