Separate entrance, spacious sleeping/living room, lots of windows, DOUBLE bed, couch, AC, TV, cable & WiFi, 3/4 bath. We disinfect spaces with UVC lamp & hospital-grade cleaning products as part of our deep cleaning & disinfection protocols, often closing between guests. Distance check-in. WALK to local fresh market, restaurants, cafes & bars for takeout or eat in.

Welcome to our home! We live in a charming neighborhood just next to Dover's historic district. We're walking distance to the elementary school, library, children's museum and downtown Dover. We're also right near the highway - close enough that you can easily get to UNH or elsewhere, but far enough that you won't hear it. The guest suite has a private access, and all the amenities for a short or long-term stay, including a fully functional and well stocked kitchen and full bath.

old world craftsmanship and charm with immaculate landscaping. completely redone with every amenity possible. incredible 50' diameter stone courtyard with huge fireplace, satellite bar, swinging chairs,private deck with custom grill. 2 person hot tub set under a stunning mature cluster of white paper birches and wrapped in Christmas lights for an amazing nitetime experience. this is a true post and beam cabin. when you see the palm trees you have arrived. read the reviews!

This lovely 3-room suite in our home has a private entrance. Rooms include bedroom, private bathroom, and sitting room/art studio with a sofa bed. 10 minutes from University of New Hampshire, and 30 minutes from Portsmouth. Small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Nearby hiking, pickle-ball, tennis. In winter, 1 hour to downhill ski, cross country nearby. This property is a working farm and greenhouse business, with CSA vegetable gardens. All are welcome.

This is a private guest suite, attached to our home, with its own private entrance. There is no common area to the main home. It features a queen bed in a separate nook, a living area with a pull out sofa bed, and private bathroom with shower. Included is a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee nook. Please note guests are required to climb a total of 19 steps from driveway to our guest suite. Please consider your own abilities when booking.
