💃Spacious-Elegant 1Bed-Full Kitchen-Free Wine🍷Cozy up right here, and escape the hustle and bustle of Downtown Dover – an aged and gorgeous mill town and colonial seaport tucked between two New Hampshire hot spots, Durham and Portsmouth. Don’t worry, though. A quick two-minute stroll brings you right into the heart of “the fastest growing city in New Hampshire” (US Census) – marked by shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, the train station, and the popular Riverwalk along the Cocheco River.
Cozy Loft in the WoodsOur home is tucked away off of Washington Street and feels secluded though we are almost in downtown Dover. Our home was built as a warehouse 100 years ago and was converted to a residence about 12 years ago. The apartment has a separate entrance from the rest of the house and has a private deck. The space is light and airy, both rustic and contemporary, with old floors and exposed rafters. We are a short walk to downtown restaurants and bars, and the train to Boston or Portland, Maine.
