The host Patricia was amazing! Very responsive, friendly and answered my question(s) quickly. The place was exactly as described. It was 5 guys there from the ages 19-45 for a weekend out in the mountains and the house fit us comfortably each night after we came back from being out all day in the mountains. Kitchen well equipped, plenty of parking, excellent view, check out was easy and simple; highly recommend this place. Thanks Patricia!

What a great house to base a trip to explore Charlottesville and the Northern Shenandoah Valley out of! Monticello, The Blue Ridge Parkway, wineries; all waiting for your arrival. Steve and Debbie’s Rose Cottage all of the amenities to set the mood for a wonderful adventure. Oh, did I mention the heated bathroom floor? Toasty!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cabin was amazing. Very clean and offered everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the trails. Sarah was an amazing host. Thank you for letting us stay in you beautiful cabin. We can't wait to go back

We needed a break from our daily routines and our stay at the farm house was the perfect remedy. We especially loved how when we walked near the fields the first time one of the sheep came to check us out and then seemed to signal to the others that we were 'ok' and the others ran over toward us. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing and we hope to visit again sometime. Thank you!
