Beautiful cottage directly on Lake Hamilton with unobstructed view of the lake. Very convenient to historic downtown, approx 20 minute drive. Less than 5 minute drive to Krogers & fast food Open-concept floor plan. Studio style. There are no walls separating living, sleeping and kitchen areas. If you are needing privacy, this will not work for you. Shower is a standard size mfg frame. Shower is small. If you are needing a big shower, this will not work for you. 1 King size 2 twin beds

My home is in a quiet, secluded neighborhood near Lake Catherine. It’s location is close to Catherine’s Landing. There is an inviting deck to sit on and relax. Parking for 3 cars and extra parking below the deck area for additional vehicle. You will have the home to yourselves. Self check- In using a keypad. It is near 3 recreational lakes. The furtherest ( Lake Ouachita) is only 35 minutes away. Plus, it is minutes from Lake Side Schools. **Clean!!

Wildcat Cottage: Wooded Haven minutes from Town.

Come spend time where the only sounds you hear are the wind whistling through the trees and the birds singing their songs. Drink your morning coffee on the patio as you watch the deer have their breakfast in the pasture. This 1 bedroom / 1 bath converted garage has a futon large enough to sleep an adult or 2 small children. It has AC, new central heat, a full kitchen, and outside grill for the grill masters.
