This property is located on the Humber River with a shared backyard perfect for summer campfires and for winter snowmobiling. Hit the NL groomed trails in just 5 mins from our backyard! We are only a 7 minute drive from the airport with a grocery/convenience store within walking distance of the property.

Salt Spray Landing - A Cottage by the Ocean

Located on the south shore of the scenic Bay of Islands, Salt Spray Landing offers guests a tranquil, completely private retreat in a cottage situated between mountains and ocean. Take the private path down to the beach and walk along the shoreline to enjoy the incredible view.
