Vacation rentals with beach access in Rocky Point

Great apartment. Quick drive to many great beaches and restaurants! Would recommend !

The unit was small, but cozy and clean. I enjoyed the personal touches of fan folded bathroom towels. The parking was a little challenging because my husband drives an F250. The common area and pool were on the water, and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening watching the beautiful sunset and enjoying the wildlife/scenery. It was too far for us to walk to the beach, but there is a public access with reasonably priced parking nearby. Area was safe, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Sandy’s place was great! I was the first to stay following the flooding and you could tell everything was brand new. The place was spotless and in a great location to walk to restaurants, coffee, and the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Every time a 5-star experience & one of the best values for the price w/included Barefoot Beach Club amenities directly across street. Check in/out always a breeze w/clear communication/instructions - was ready early. Outside free parking 5 steps away & charming balcony/bench. Inside spacious, clean, comfortable, insulated w/ocean views from abundance of windows (has privacy curtains). Unit fresh/safe/secure. AC worked, airflow strong, big/clean SS appliances & stone counters. I used fridge/freezer + oven. Overstocked towels / toiletries for entire group. One BR had closet+hangers. Dressers/TV's in both. LR big screen TV w/cable, Playstation 4 (laggy but playable). Patience w/water pressure but hot. Ladies wanted bright mirror near outlet. Resort heated pool, hot tub & shallow wading pool crystal clear & fully functional. Pool warm, hot tub hot (levels out ~100 degrees due to sheer size. Relaxed vibes poolside w/light music. Beach groomed w/day beds affordable to rent ($20/day). LOVE!

Cody stayed very communicative for the whole time. Place is clean, quiet, convenient, we ended up staying week longer than we planned. We asked for some last minutes accommodation and he was very helpful and happy to answer and assist with our needs.

The apartment is just as described in the listing: comfortable, pleasant, very well located and above all very clean. Upon arrival we found a welcome note accompanied by some sweets, which shows that NamPhong “Dawn” is truly a spectacular hostess, very kind and willing and who responds at all times to any concern. Both , she and Luis, her efficient handyman, were always attentive to any need that might arise. The property is really highly recommended, I cannot fail to mention its proximity to the beach and the beautiful view that can be seen from the family room, it has its own dock and you can see the boats sailing at all hours. You breathe peace and tranquility. I have no doubt that we will rent it again on our future vacations. Thank you Nam Phong “Dawn”!

Had a great stay here ! There is lots to do in the area and local to plenty of beaches. Has many great kitchen amenities and a huge closet if you are traveling…. I would definitely recommend

This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

Jada’s John’s Pass duplex is incredibly convenient to the gulf beach and fun boardwalk/marina restaurants and shops, barely need a car. Clean, Well-outfitted kitchen and other touches like providing cruiser bikes and beach chairs were also fun and helpful. I highly recommend the unit to other small families or couples wanting proximity to St Pete beaches.

This home was a blessing. The layout was perfect, the location was great, the neighborhood was safe and walkable. The home was beyond our expectations. It was accommodating to our 6 young children. The fenced in back yard was appreciated and all of the special spaces to hang out were appreciated. The provided beach gear made for less packing! Something for everyone. The bikes were a great addition as the neighborhood is bike/ walk friendly. The attention to detail and care was evident thought the home. It did feel like home. The one and only thing I could possibly suggest would be a thermometer for the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you’d need for cooking. The TV’s and Fans and Games and Furniture all helped to create a highly desirable experience. The washer and dryer worked great. The 2 bathrooms were stocked and served our party of 8 well. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows and extra blankets. Thank You for the experience.

The home is conveniently located near many local markets, drug stores and local amenities, most within walking distance. There is a hospital directly across the street. The home had the basic necessities for our convenience, trash bags, cooking seasonings, paper products, etc. There is one tv in the living room, wifi was good, showers were good.

Great place to stay whether you want to get out to the beach or stay at the house. House had everything we needed for our stay.

My family and I had so much fun here! The locations is close to the beach and the area is easy to get around. The beds were super comfortable everything was clean and matched the description. The hosts checked in on us daily to make sure everything was okay! Great fishing in the pond outback as well! We will definitely be booking again!

We loved staying at this house. The location right across from the beach was amazing. The crosswalk made it super safe and easy to get to the beach-even for our teenagers. This was the cleanest abnb I’ve ever stayed at. Not an easy task for a beach house. The linens and bedding were soft and plentiful. The house had plenty of amenities for a fun beach day-plenty of beach towels, chairs, wagon and toys. Helena was very responsive to questions and with recommendations. There was only one issue-the garage door lock was rusted and would not open. Helena had Mario out to fix it within hours. Could not have asked for a better host. I wish we had more time to stay there-I felt truly comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

Great location! Just a few short steps from John’s Pass with lots to do. Everything was just as described. Would stay here again.

Great place for a quick and easy getaway vacation. Perfect across the street from beautiful beach. Pool seemed a little smaller than picture but was good size. There were pool crowds at points but not bad at all. And right next door to BOGO margaritas all day :-)

The ~Shore Thing~ is an absolute sure thing to have an amazing getaway in Treasure Island! Rachel does an AMAZING job to make the condo experience absolutely wonderful. We have stayed there 3 times and have already made plans to book again next Spring. The place is spotless, impeccably decorated, and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is perfect for home cooked meals and there a lots of great restaurants in St. Pete. Rachel is great to communicate with and makes checking in and out a breeze. Amazing location if you want to stay put or explore the coast and beyond. We loved that the place was fully stocked with all things beach, especially the fishing rods which kept our teenage son busy for hours. We spotted a manatee and even saw some dolphins jump out of the water on our last night of our stay. The apartment had everything for cooking that we needed. Will be coming back for sure!

We loved every minute staying here. Walking distance to Johns Pass(shopping, restaurants, fishing boats etc) and you could walk right across the street to the beach. The condo was perfect for what we needed. The view out the sliding glass door/patio was so beautiful looking down the inlet and seeing all the homes and boats.

This was our second spring break at Ocean Club and already booked our third trip. It’s a great place for families.
