Welcome to our beautiful townhouse in Roda. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and a washing machine. The house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed with a Juliette balcony. The second bedroom contains two single beds. Both rooms have a TV. (Travel cot available on request). There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and a walk-in shower (ground floor). The second bathroom has a toilet and a bath with an overhead shower (first floor). The living room has a 4 seater dining room table and TV with a wide variety of channels and internet access. There is a patio over looking the pool with a 4 seater outdoor dining table. Additionally there are 4 sun loungers for your exclusive use. You have use of the communal swimming pool that is restricted for use by units within the block only, wrist bands to allow access will be provided. Linen and bathroom towels are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Additionally, a welcome pack will be provided with the basics to make tea/coffee upon your arrival. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - Free parking. - Pets are not allowed.

For those who want to live in a warm weather and temperature all winter long . It's an apartment with quite a lot of outdoor lighting. All its rooms, living room and kitchen are spacious, as it is a large apartment. It has a terrace outside. It is a renovated apartment. It can hold up to 4 bikes. Everything is close, the town center, a 5-minute walk to the beach. There are restaurants, a pharmacy, and buses 2 minutes from the accommodation. There is a 5.5 km promenade for jogging and sports.

Stylish 1 Bed apt with balcony. This beautifully presented apt comfortably sleeps 4 guests. There are 2 single beds in the bedroom and a full Size double sofa bed in the lounge. It has a modern American style kitchen with elec hob and microwave and breakfast bar. The modern bathroom has a bath and shower. The property also has a balcony to seat 4 people. There is also a dining table. It is situated 5 mins walk from the beach where there are many bars and restaurants and supermarkets close by.

Wake up feeling wonderfully rested and have breakfast on the balcony. Then sunbathe on the solarium or take a dip in the pool with a drink along the impressive turquoise lagoon. In the afternoon a tapas lunch on the beach or on the terrace. There are many public beaches to visit in the nearby villages (10 minutes). There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.
