We stayed in this apartment on New Year's Eve, and had a very good time. We loved the company of the dogs and the kitten of the property, very affectionate. Roberta was a really kind and helpful host. In particular, she was very kind to reschedule a meeting in the following days, as once the stay was over, I realized that I had left an item in the apartment. She got it back and brought it back to me, thank you very much.

Very nice property near the city center and sea. Very quiet and relaxing place. Very clean and excellent hospitality. The owner is very nice and very welcoming. the accommodation for two is perfect. nothing missing.

A corner of paradise! We all struggled to get away because it was too pleasant to spend time in the residence... between the pool, the playgrounds, relaxation on a bench... or a braciata! Not to mention hammocks or other outdoor spaces... everything is gorgeous! A few steps away is a solitary beach and with a spectacular sea! … to be repeated! The owners are very kind and always available.

This Spring is very well located, 2 steps from the sea, with facilities included: Pool, umbrella and beach mattress, bikes. Only downside to our stay, the price of Breakfasts 10€/pers with a very simple buffet, and the beach restaurant with a price difference of + €3 compared to the Spring! But the staff is very friendly which made our stay very pleasant Jean

It was an extremely enjoyable experience. The house is beautiful, the road to access it is a little difficult but it is worth the "effort". The host Maud is very pleasant and kind, always available. You'll find everything you need in the house. The plus is the dishwasher and the washing machine, not to mention the small pool on the roof. If I have to be picky, I found inaccuracies about cleanliness, but I think both the host and the house make up for this. I would go back a thousand more times.

Recommended especially for those with small children, it has a small playground and a very comfortable pool. Located 2 minutes from the sea and 5 from Vieste. Recommended

A cute little house in the countryside in a very quiet area

The best country stay by the coast. A unique olive grove farm house surrounded by olive trees. Add the most wonderful stone terrace, barbecue and pizza oven and breath-taking views of the sea beyond the grove. Peschici is only 3 min drive down the path and roads and has all the I gradient you ll need to cook la cuccina povera. Plus Raffaella and Dino are the greatest hosts.

Staying in this apartment was like feeling at home, but in a wonderful house, nestled in a pine forest overlooking the sea. Francesco was always present and available with us and helped us move around the island and introduced us to other magnificent people. From the start, he gave us his love for the island and made us fall in love, giving us advice and telling us stories. Everything is perfect in the apartment. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked and the house is really quiet. If I could, I would come back tomorrow.

The place was equipped with everything (in the kitchen, including a microwave, a coffee machine, an air fryer), it has a nice garden and comfortable spaces. It is in a very large park, which in April was semi desert so very quiet, but it is spacious and has green spaces. The sea can be reached in a few minutes by foot.

Domenico was immediately very kind and helpful, giving us directions on any information we needed. We made an excursion to the Tremiti Islands under the total advice of the host who was able to immediately advise us on how to get around. Perfect house matching the description, located in a characteristic central neighborhood, full of any service at any time. Highly recommended!

the place is just as I hoped, quiet and in the middle of centuries-old olive trees,and in a strategic position where you can easily reach several beautiful beaches. Antonio is also a very helpful and nice person.

Giuseppe was a friendly welcoming host. He met us for check in and check out. He knew it was our anniversary and had fresh fruit and pastries waiting in our place. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was included, a delicious pastry and espresso at his family's beautiful restaurant.

Apartment stylish with excellent use of space. Everything spotless and in order. Roof terrace wonderful with view over the bay. Beautiful Bouganvillea of course! Clarissa's recommendations were useful and interesting. Thank you. Clarissa and Lidia were friendly and very helpful. Our only problem was with the trash as on a three-day visit it wasn't possible to separate and leave on the appropriate day. Thoroughly recommend this little gem!

Extremely pleasant stay at Gioia's house in the heart of a beautiful town. Lovely sea. Very clean and fully equipped house. Dining on the panoramic terrace was magical. Mrs. Giovanna who welcomed us was very helpful, kind, efficient and flexible and came in every way to meet our needs. We immediately felt at home. We will keep a beautiful memory of Rodi Garganico and this house.

The townhouse is really unique, you immediately feel very comfortable. Photos and description absolutely correspond to reality. Restaurants in Mattinata are within walking distance. Communication with Antonia, Donato and Michele was straightforward and always possible. The reception was very warm with delicious "dolce" and a bottle of olive oil. So, highly recommended.

Anna Gloria made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after. The apartment had stunning views and the location made it easy to walk in to the town in the evenings. Anna Gloria spoke wonderful English which made it easy to communicate. She also has a warm, heart full aura that felt like home. Grazie Mille Gloria, we can’t wait to come back one day.

We spent 5 wonderful days in Domenico's beautiful little cottage. The house is simply furnished, but has everything you need. Everything is new and very modern: The bathroom, kitchen, all appliances are new. The area and the nature around it is beautiful and peaceful. A few hundred meters away is the beach. It's a pebble beach. I would recommend bathing shoes. We were there with our dog and it was no problem to take him to the beach. For hikers, there is also an opportunity to climb the nearby mountain and enjoy the beautiful view of the valley and sea from there.

Lidia's apartment is large and is wonderfully located a few steps away from the sea. Everything is available in terms of equipment. You can use both a terrace for yourself in front of the house or stay in the communal garden behind the house by the sea. But the very best part of our stay is that we met Lidia and her dog Judy. Lidia is such a heartfelt, generous and warm-hearted woman, which has beautified our stay. She helped us with numerous tips on great regional specialties and also supported and translated information in everyday life. In addition, she was very generous with various regional delicacies. Judy is a very sweet dog and is a good time, so we felt very safe. It was wonderful to get to know life on site and the people there, but at the same time you also have your privacy and can retreat at any time. We had a great time, thank you Lidia!

We liked the place; it was nice and quiet with a super cool view. However, we had a small issue with the gas oven. To make coffee, we had to wait at least 15 minutes. Other things was fine place close to the beach with car took 6 minutes.
