Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rodopi Municipality

Ev yeni yapılan bir site içerisinde ve yepyeni durumda. Böyle tarihi bir kentte yeni bir dairede kalmak beni memnun etti. Evde tüm ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüş durumda, eksik birşey bulunmuyor. Otoparkı da olması da farklı yarattı. Şehir merkezinde her yere kısa bir yürüyüş ile erişme imkanı sağlamaktadır.

Mira's apartment was in a great location for a short first-time visit to Plovdiv. Her check-in instructions were clear and the apartment looked as good as the photos. It's a 10 minutes walk to the main shopping area over a pedestrian bridge, and a few minutes more to the beautiful Old Town with churches, historic houses and of course the Roman Theatre. I had a great weekend!

We had amazing time in this apartment: clean, modern and stylish. Dimitar is a great host. Highly recommend to stay here!

Мястото е уникално. Много по-широко от това, което се вижда на снимките. На пешеходно разстояние от Капана, което беше най-големия плюс. Магазини под кооперацията, паркоместа, прекрасно място за парите. Хостовете са много мили и помагат с всичко. Силно препоръчвам и нямам търпение да се върна съвсем скоро отново! :)

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ όμορφο! Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική για εμάς και στο συγκρότημα υπάρχει παιδική χαρα. Είναι λίγο μακριά από το ιστορικό κέντρο αλλά έχει κοντά εστιατόρια, πάρκα, εμπορικό κέντρο; παιδικές χαρές και το κωπηλατοδρόμιο. Η οικοδέσποινα είναι πολύ ευγενική και βοηθητική.

Апартамента е хубав, подреден и чист има всичко което ще ви е нужно за престоя, останахме доволни и препоръчваме за бъдещи гости.

We recommend this place. The apartment was exactly like the photos. Hard to find parking spots around the centre (5 mins walking distance) but the host has private one with easy access. Denimir is very friendly and it was easy to communicate with.

Просторно и уютно място в сърцето на Девин. Разполага с всички необходими удобства, напълно оборудвана кухня, широка трапезария и хол, чисто, с камина на дърва, отзивчив домакин и в близост до добри ресторанти.

Изключително любезен домакин. Всичко в дома е чисто,удобно и комфортно! Заведенията за хранене са наблизо,не липсват развлечения.

We had a wonderful stay at this authentic old house in the heart of Plovdiv’s Old Town. The location is perfect, surrounded by historic charm and within walking distance of amazing cafes, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. The house itself is beautifully preserved, offering a cozy and unique experience. The host was welcoming and responsive, making my stay even more enjoyable. They had very good instructions prepared. Highly recommended for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Plovdiv’s rich history!

If you’re thinking about booking Dobs' place — do it! This place is an absolute gem. The moment you walk in, you feel like you’ve stepped into a boutique hotel, but with the warmth and comfort of home. Every corner of the townhouse is beautifully curated, from the cozy living spaces to the serene bedrooms. The cinema room was a fantastic addition for an evening watching my favourite movies. The location couldn’t be better — tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, yet just 10 minutes from all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions. It’s the perfect base whether you’re looking to explore or just relax. And the host, Dobs, truly goes above and beyond. From smooth communication to thoughtful touches throughout the home, you can tell they genuinely care about creating an unforgettable experience.

The place was beautifully maintained and spotless. The furniture was new, and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed—cooking utensils, glasses, pans, as well as entertainment options like board games, a TV, and books. The hosts thought of every detail, providing even mosquito sprays, and the atmosphere was really cosy. The pool was lovely and exclusively for our use, but it wasn't as private as we had hoped due to neighboring houses in the same yard. Overall, it was an amazing stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Wonderful location and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, etc. Mano was great to work with and very responsive. Apartment was clean and spacious.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung entsprach absolut den Bildern und Beschreibungen. Sie war sauber und aufgeräumt. Der CheckIn war ganz einfach dank der guten Beschreibung. Auch die Kommunikation mit Boris war unkompliziert und stets freundlich. Ein Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder. 👍

Stuart's home is a fantastic place to stay - nice, clean, warm, in a very good location, especially for families with young children. The slope right in front of the apartment is excellent for sledding and beginner skiers - there is a private lift with two short and easy runs or you can take a lift to Studenets (but the slope to it can be compromised if there is not enough snow). This appartment became one of our favourite places in Pamporovo.

Great location - 4min walk to the nearest slope. You go down the slope, take the lift and you are at the nearest ski center! The apartment complex is very quiet, with beautiful panoramic view. The host is very kind, helpful and responsive. Our stay was 10/10 - could not recommend it more!

Vartan was super helpful and friendly. Place was super clean and felt homely. The bed was extremely comfortable. All round good trip. Would visit again.

Hôte très réactif par téléphone sans problèmes... peut être une visite nous aurait été agréable... Mais bon nous y sommes restés que deux nuitées 3 jours... Pour tout le reste superbe logement fonctionnel propre bien équipé... Au premier étage... Au top proche de tout... Petit commerce à quelques pas... Merci encore à conseiller...

Wonderful experience! The host was extremely responsive and kind — always quick to answer any questions and made our stay very easy and enjoyable. The apartment is spacious, with a fresh and modern design that feels both cozy and comfortable. The location is excellent — right next to a farmers' market and about a 30-minute walk to the center of Plovdiv. At the same time, it's situated in a quiet and pleasant area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I strongly recommend it!
