You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

My place is more convenient Location, close to the Danube bike hiking trail and the city center, (both about 10 minutes), in a quiet residential area. The apartment is a perfect fit for 1 -2 people. A sofa bed can be requested. The apartment, newly renovated, captivates through a cozy, appealing furniture.
