Right below there is a large plot all the way down to the sea that the landlord is the owner of. The grounds can therefore be used by the guests. There is restaurant operation in the same building, by nice weather you can sit outside and enjoy a good dinner and something good in the glass. Possible to expand the rent (with unlocking a middle door) to an apartment consisting of suite/ hotel room. Possibility of breakfast.
