Monthly Rentals in Rogue River

We had a remarkable three night stay. It was close enough to walk into to town. The town was so cute and friendly with many things to see and do. We wish we stayed longer. It was the most perfect retreat for our anniversary. We could watch the dam from the front window or outside in the rocking chairs. We didn’t use the ac much but when we did it was so quiet. It also gets super cold if that’s what you like. We had to adjust it a couple times which was very simple to do. We instantly became comfortable. Comfy couches, bed and amenities. Bed was firm with a topper with extra blankets if needed. Written instructions for needed things like WiFi, tv, ac usage was very easy to understand. Even the apartment locks/keypad was very easy to use. We felt very safe and secure while being in or away. Never ran into the owner but we wish we had. Would have loved to have thanked them personally. We most definitely will be back.

Robb was such an amazing host. From the start, communication was super easy, and he made sure I had everything I needed for a really comfortable stay. His place was spotless, exactly like the pictures, even better in person, and fully stocked with anything you might need. It was also really easy to find and in the perfect location, close to restaurants, shops, and lots of places to explore. You can tell Robb really cares about his guests and goes out of his way to make you feel at home. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Grand Rapids. I’ll definitely be back, thanks again, Robb!

We had a really nice time at Paul and MaryJo's place. They are a lovely couple and we enjoyed getting to know them. The place was nicely decorated and comfortable and had a lot of family pictures all around. The neighborhood is very nice. Paul was very quick to respond to anything we needed. The pool area was lovely, however, it is a shared space with the owners and their family. If you're looking for absolute quiet, solitude and complete privacy, it's just something to consider. Also, it is in the basement of their home so you can hear people walking around upstairs. The entrance is in the backyard and down some stairs (not handicap accessible or for folks who aren't able to do a flight of stairs). That's just something to note if you have mobility issues or you're bringing a lot of stuff. The temperature (heat/AC) in the airbnb is regulated from upstairs so we needed to let the owners know if it was too cold or too hot so they could adjust it. All good, enjoyed ourselves

My husband and I stayed for 10 nights, along with my daughter's in-laws, so there was 4 adults. First of all, the location was fantastic, as it was only 1.5 miles from my daughters house, very convenient for b our needs. Christine's place was perfect all around! Kitchen beautiful and functional. The only thing that lacked for us was a toaster for sliced bread (although she has a great toaster oven). When I mentioned this to her, she immediately went to the store, bought one, and hand delivered it to us. How great is that? Plenty of pots and pans, plates, bowls, utensils, easy to make meals. Very well supplied with TP, PT, trash bags, ziplocks, wrap, etc. Place was very clean. The beds were super comfortable, many choices for TV or streaming, provided laundry soap for washing (which we did), thermometer worked well for heat (was very cold when we were there, snow, rain, etc).
