Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Fomos em dois casais e o espaço atendeu perfeitamente. Por ser próximo da estação não ter que ficar arrastando malas por Veneza para nós foi a melhor opção. Havia restaurantes, cafés e supermercado por perto. Recomendo a estadia.

Die Lage ist super – ruhig und charmant und allem in der Nähe, das man braucht. außerdem ganz nah am Piazzale Roma und damit gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist neu, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir waren mit unserem 5-jährigen Sohn dort, die Treppen waren für uns kein Problem – mit kleineren Kindern könnte das aber schwierig sein. Sara war jederzeit gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Maison au calme en banlieue de Vérone. Très bien rénovée et très propre.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Ein schönes und großzügiges Appartement! Schöner Pool! Ruhig gelegen, gleich daneben befindet sich ein Pferdehof, was natürlich den Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Silvia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich bei sich aufgenommen. Leider waren wir nur zwei Nächte da, aufgrund der Lage sind Ausflüge nach Treviso, Bassano oder Marostica ohne Probleme in kurzer Zeit möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft nur zu empfehlen auch der Typ für ein Pizzeria Besuch war Gold wert Sehr angenehm

Clean and cozy. Anica was very nice and welcomed us to the apartment. The only downside is that the garbage needs to be taken out everyday. Otherwise the area is great, lots of things to do around. In the last day we waited for somebody to come pick up the keys, I called the number I had, but there was no answer. We left the keys on the table and got later a text confirmation. This apartment stands out for being very clean and comfy. We loved it.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Casa Ruiz und Irene war ein super Host. Die Wohnung liegt hervorragend und ist auch hochwertig ausgestattet. Dear Nicola & Francesco - We have had a wonderful 5 night stay in your home - it is beautifully presented , a location dream - just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Venice , with local supermarkets x 2 , restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes and 20 mins from St Marks square walking slowly . We’ve used the water buses , walked a lot , seen so much of your beautiful Venice . When we return it will be to your beautiful apartment . Spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need, everything clean, self check-in was super easy, great communication with the hosts - they responded quickly to everything we needed, area is quiet but not too central - around 20 minutes by foot to the most popular tourist spots, but with some affordable restaurants and bars nearby. All in all a good choice!

Esperienza top, ottimo soggiorno. Con Nicola la comunicazione è semplice e veloce, alloggio stupendo e soggiorno rilassante. Lo consiglierei ad un amico.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo pai da Silvia que nos explicou tudo sobre a cada e nos deu recomendações de Verona. O banheiro do apartamento é excelente, bem equipado e amplo. A casa possui um ótimo sistema de aquecimento e é muito bem localizada. Gostamos da cafeteira em capsula que fica disponível para os hóspedes. As recomendações de restaurantes de gastronomia local da Silvia foram excelentes

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist von überall gut zu erreichen. Wir wurden zur Unterkunft gebracht und bekamen einige Tipps für die Umgebung. Alle Informationen waren sehr hilfreich. Vielen Dank!

Wir haben uns in den letzten vier Wochen des Aufenthalts hervorragend untergebracht gefühlt. Nach einem ausführlichen Checkin durch Elena hat alles super geklappt, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig und insbesondere Elena war immer unterstützend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns eigentlich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt und können deshalb die Unterkunft von Elena bestens empfehlen! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.

Excelente alojamiento, se puede tomar el bus cerca al apartamento para ir a Venecia. pero lo mejor fue la atención de Sara y su familia, son muy amables, volvería sin duda a alejarme aquí

Apartamentul este curat și primitor. Este foarte aproape de stația de autobuz care duce spre Veneția ceea ce reprezintă un plus. De asemenea, gazdele au fost receptive la orice nevoie și ne-au ajutat în cel mai scurt timp. Recomand cu mare drag!☺️

Beatrice est une hote tres accueillante, pleine de vie avec un grand sourire. Elle est tres reactive ce qui est egalement tres agreable. Ses explications , ses conseils sont super et comparable a un guide vert avec des petits trucs en plus. Le logement est tres bien pour deux personnes. Cest fonctionnel, calme et propre et tres bien place. Bravo et merci encore.

This is the second time I have stayed at Laura’s beautiful Palazzo apartment. It is right on the Grand Canal and each morning I awoke to the beautiful sight and sounds of Venice through the big pane window. It is a dream apartment with painted ceilings and elegant antiques. The bath water is hot and there is even two friendly kitties who live in the garden and building. I am right at home and plan to return again. Thank you Laura for your excellent communications and kindness in meeting me upon my arrival and helping me set up a Water Taxi for a return to the airport. It was a perfect experience! Sandra

Acomodação muito organizada e limpa. Localização com bastante mercados e restaurantes no geral. Manual com explicações na casa, tudo muito organizado, gostamos bastante!

Perfect spacious sanctuary right in the heart of Venice! Great central location and has all the facilities needed for a very comfortable stay. Our host Novella was kind and communicative. If you’re taller or have a bigger build, then you may have trouble in the shower but otherwise highly recommend and we will be back!

The place was great! Had everything we needed and was very clean and mostly comfortable. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the supermarket, shops and bakery. Gabriele is a great host, provided us with useful information on what to see and how to get around. The apartment is very close to Venice by city bus/metro and if you are looking to see any other place such as Lago di Garda or Verona, it's a great starting point. Gabriele's place is highly recommended.
