There is a sofa bed (1.40 m with a good top mattress) that can easily be changed to a sofa during the day. It is about 150 meters to the beach with a jetty and beautiful sunsets. Approximately 80 meters to the pedestrian street with, among other things, shopping, cafes and restaurants. There are kitchen utensils for breakfast, etc. There is also a fridge, microwave, kettle, tea & coffee. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included.

The property has 3 bedrooms on the first floor and a small washroom, and on the ground floor, there is a small bedroom, a TV lounge, and a dining room, with the option of additional sleeping space in the TV lounge. The home has a private south-facing garden with morning and afternoon sun and a common courtyard where the morning sun can also be enjoyed. From inside the dining room you can see the beautiful sunset and the view of the fields.

The house is small and rustic. Simply decorated and contains all the basics for a good vacation. It is 5 km to Rønne and 4 km to Hasle, and there are bus connections close by and free parking.
