There is a Carrefour Market open 7/7 and 24/24 gas station 10 minutes from the accommodation by car. The first restaurant is in the center of the village 5 minutes drive away, I can book you a table there.

The kitchen is equipped by a washing machine, induction cooker and a microwave. The bathroom is all brend new with a large shower and towel warmer. The toilets are separated.

The accommodation is renovated (May 2020). It consists of a kitchen area open to the living room, which opens onto a charming balcony. There is also a shower room with towel dryer and washing machine. The toilet is separate. Finally, there is a small bedroom. Please note, to access the bed, you need to climb a few steps.

The apartment ,Ground floor of the chalet,is located in a quiet residential area with panoramic views of the Mercantour three kilometers from the center of the beautiful village of Saint Martin Vésubie.La Colmiane and Le Boréon, are 10 minutes by car.
