Monthly Rentals in Rose Haven

Perfect location for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Everything about the stay was perfect and exactly as described/expected. We alternated between cooking in the AMAZING kitchen and eating at host recommended restaurants in North Beach. The house is located close enough to town if you choose to eat out (barely 5 minutes) and an acceptable drive to major grocery stores (15 minutes) if you opt to cook a few meals. The house was spotless. Hosts are super responsive and incredibly nice. Highly recommend staying at Bell Estates. Thank you, Daniel, for the perfect long weekend with my family!

I was in town for work, and this place was perfect. It was walkable to several restaurants and to the calming water. Christopher was a wonderful host and very responsive. I'd definitely stay again if in town.

This house is a perfect location to stay for a wedding at Herrington Harbor. It was also in excellent proximity for a morning of birding and hiking at North Beach Marsh. The house is exactly as described. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are all very clean. The beds are very firm. There was Good WiFi connection for doing a bit of work, and enough wide-screen TVs throughout the house for everyone to go to their corners. We were pleased with the number of seating options and extra storage space in the pantry and the closets. This is a great place for a family to enjoy time together. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. I was coming into town to visit my dad and Blair’s place was perfect for it. It was winter so I didn’t get to enjoy the beach, but the town was small and cute. Blair left tons of recommendations. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Definitely want to come visit in the summer to take advantage of the beach!
