The rental is located approximately one and a half miles SW of Warroad. Just minutes from the Gardens Arena, Lake of the Woods, the Warroad River, and Beltrami Island State Forest. During the winters there are snowmobile trails near the house. It is 16 mi from Beltrami Island State Forest, 26 mi from Hayes Lake State Park, and 29 mi from Zippel Bay.

Located on a private scenic lot just blocks from downtown, this property is on the edge of so much: the edge of the Warroad River; the edge of Lake of the Woods; the edge of the country - just 7 1/2 miles from the Canadian Border; and the edge of the 700,000 acre majestic Beltrami Island State Forest. Whether you are in the area to fish, attend a performance at Rivers Edge Performing Arts Center, a hockey tournament, to play golf, or attend an event, you will feel welcome here.

This comfortable one bedroom apartment with kitchenette is only 2 miles from the wonderful Lake of the Woods. A private parking area is large enough to accommodate at least two truck/boat rigs. It has a private entry and a separate living area. We are just west of the city of Warroad and walking distance to a bar and grill. You will love the privacy and location! We do live in the home, so please respect the quiet time from 10 PM to 8 AM, or you may be asked to leave.

Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. 9 miles from Lake of the Woods, 12 miles from Beltrami State Forest, direct access to county roads and ATV/UTV trails. There is ONLY 1 BATHROOM, but lots of room to move around. This is a work in progress, but it is very comfortable and quiet. Watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening and gaze at the stars at night!
