This house only rent one couple with private bed and bathroom / living roomTV. Only one room, completely independent, dedicated toilet has a living room and 55-inch TV screen, Wi-Fi, from the city and the restaurant only five minutes

William sleeps in the same house but is upstairs and we never even heard him. He allowed us our privacy and was very quiet. You have a private bathroom that is NOT attached to the bedroom but right next door. Both a heater and AC in the room. Lots of restaurants within a mile radius. We enjoyed our stay.”

As an Airbnb Superhost and Plus provider, we designed and equipped our home to be comfortable, warmly and fill with amenities. Only a short drive to Downtown LA and between Disneyland and Universal studio. Surrounded by great food and proximity to all Los Angeles attractions.

They reply messages very quick whenever we have questions. We really appreciated. The location in Rosemead is very convenient. You can find all your daily needs (Target, restaurants, banks, UPS, park, post office, Chinese supermarket, and library etc.) within walking distance. If you don’t like to drive that much, the place meets your needs definitely. The suite is so clean and well-equipped. There are a lot of cookware. You can easily cook during your stay. The hosts also prepared bottle water and some refreshments in the kitchen. That really made our heart feel warm when we arrive after a long journey. On the other hand, they prepared towels, shampoo, body wash, and hairdryer in bathroom. You don’t need to worry if you don’t bring that yourself. They even have charging cables for cell phones in the room. We can tell Kieu and Wang are very thoughtful for their guests. We highly recommend this place. If we visit LA again in the future, we will stay here again.”
