The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Market square cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is located in a former horse stable, which has been lovingly restored by us. If you love historical ambience this will be the right place for you. Free parking at the train station or in the street (weekend)

Cheap studio apartment for a lovely stay

My place is close to Darmstadt's green north, fully furnished, bright and inviting 1-room apartment - "Studio" (sleeping and living area - see pictures), where you immediately feel at home, put down your suitcase and enjoy. It was kept extra cheap for the Christmas season. If two different guests arrive, we can also separate the two box spring beds or it remains as a double bed as shown in the pictures. Very quiet apartment. All rooms have large windows. In summer it is nice and cool and in winter it is cozy and warm. The kitchen has complete equipment. Wi-Fi and a TV are available. A parking space directly at the house is also available. Super nice grounds for walking, hiking, riding and cycling are right outside the door.
