We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay! The home was spotless and beautifully cared for, offering a perfect mix of charm and modern comfort. The kitchen, with its high ceilings, farmhouse sink, and sleek stainless steel appliances, felt bright and welcoming. All of the bedrooms were cozy and thoughtfully furnished, and having the laundry room on the second floor was a convenient touch. The outdoor space was just as inviting—a great place to unwind after all the wedding festivities we attended. The entire property was designed with care, making us feel comfortable and at home. The host was exceptional—responsive, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay! I've stayed at many AirBnBs throughout Virginia and around the U.S. and this is one of my new favorites. Our family of 4 (two boys under 5) had a really wonderful time staying at this home. The renovations are very tasteful while leaving much of the historic charm in tact. The boys saw deer in the morning and at night which was very exciting for them. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch and side porch. I was even able to do some work while relaxing at the dining table out back. As a family we walked the road in both directions each night and enjoyed the peaceful setting. We visited many of the nearby recommended restaurants, coffee houses and breweries and found some fun parks and hikes as well. We will definitely return as a family and I think I'll return for a guys trip as well to get in some good AT hikes that are so close by. 10/10 recommended!

Jennifer and Eric were very great hosts! The place was just as advertised. Jennifer was very responsive and had helpful recommendations. The family let our kids play in their backyard and on the trampoline which my kids loved. The treehouse is also a very nice touch for the kids, as is the heated floor in the bathroom for the grownups. It’s a beautiful area. Would definitely stay again!!

Very peaceful setting – beautiful area of northern Virginia horse country. The carriage house was very clean and cozy, nice linens and towels. We had great communication with Anne and are just sorry We didn’t have the chance to meet her due to a last-minute schedule issue for us.
