We are located within a marina on the Great Chazy River, 1/4 mile away from the Chazy boat launch. Easy access to launch your boat, kayak, paddleboard, etc. The snowmobile trail is accessible from our driveway. Docks available with an extra fee if you are coming with your boat. With a bedroom (double bed + single inflatable mattress), a living room with smart TV without cable for your subscriptions (Netflix…), a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom/shower and a dining room. There is double parking. It's a modest house near the neighbors and the noisy road.
