A short 15 minute walk will take you to the city center as well as the fabulous beach, while all major hotels, convention centers and sports facilities are just 5 minutes away. Grocery stores, restaurants and a bakery can be found nearby for your convenience. This apartment is our favorite, a cozy suite on the top floor with an attic like feeling and great views! Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu obiteljske kuće , smještenom u mirnom i sigurnom kvartu , udaljen 10 do 15 minuta autom od grada i plaže . 3 spavače sobe kuhinja , dnevni boravak , 2 wc , 2 balkona , parkiralište za auto , roštilj , bazen ... U cijeni je uračunato : voda , struja , plin , internet , posteljina ( plahte , jastučnice ) , ručnici , bicikle i boravišna pristojba .

Close to the coast and charters in the nearby Marina Veruda, 15 minutes from the Pula airport. Parking 🅿️ for guests is provided in the front yard. Please note: there is an extra cost for heating of the pool if you decide for that option for the price of 150 euros per a week.

This cozy apartment is located in quiet neighborhood in Rovinj. Distance to the city center of Rovinj is 15 minutes walking and the first beach (Porton Biondi Beach) is 10 minutes walking (800 meters). The nearest food market is 5 mins walk. The Kaufland store and shopping center RETAIL PARK Rovinj is 650 meters away.
