Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Built in the shade of walnut trees & a typical Bas-Dauphiné walnut dryer from 1744 (1 of 2 dryers in the region), our house "in the countryside" has everything to make you feel good and rested in any season.

Speed-luge, tennis court and cross-country skiing center are a 10-minute walk away. In winter, the shuttle stop for cross-country and downhill skiing is a 5-minute walk.

Lovers of Vercors, nature and sports. We offer you our apartment for a week or a weekend. It's a great place to meet in peace, at the foot of large spaces. Many activities are available nearby such as hiking, downhill and cross country skiing, snowshoeing, cycling, dog sledding, summer sledding, canyoning, farm visits...
