Felt right at home we just wish we lived in such a beautiful place!!

Can't say enough about how great the stay was. Everything is delivered with the hope you'll have a 5* stay. Hot tub is clean and works well, Kitchen has everything you could need. Bed is comfortable. Having the serenity of the lake out front and the farm view in the back was brilliant combination. First night we stayed in, used the log burner and relaxed. Next day we walked to the Black Rabbit pub (2.5 hours each way) past Arundel. We will be back at Choller for sure!

A lovely place to relax at. Owners were great and helpful. Loads of places to go and see around the area. Cabin was nice and spacious. Will defiantly be returning in the future.

This house was lovely, perfect for a slightly larger group of people. The beach is two minutes away and there are pubs and restaurants in walking distance. Jade was so responsive and told us in advance about how to get enough hot water for all of the guests. Even over the new year she responded so quickly. We absolutely loved it

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless — definitely 5 stars for cleanliness. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and everything about the stay was just great overall. I’d absolutely recommend it and would love to stay again!

Tim’s communication was excellent & the apartment is located in a great spot We always found a place to park but it did get busy on occasion Like I say though we always found someone on the street The apartment had enough facilities for us to cook one night & my husband found the bed comfortable- a little too soft for me but it’s just down to personal preference Overall a clean & fully functional apartment with great communication & good facilities Washer dryer was a huge bonus & the washing tabs left very helpful

Warm, welcoming, well equipped, cosy and comfortable accommodation, ideally situated for exploring Southsea and Old Portsmouth. Just a few minutes walk to the Southsea sea front and 10 - 15 minutes walk to The King's Theatre, where we were attending an event. Catherine, our host, was very proactive in communicating with us throughout, with clear instructions for checking in, where to park, key safe code and wifi login details etc. Parking was on street, readily available and right outside the accommodation, which is in a quiet location. Catherine even provided the appropriate parking permit, for just £3.00. All of this made for a very relaxing stay, at a price that was highly competetive, based on the prices quoted by other hotels and guest houses in the area. Highly recommended.

The first thing to say about Paul's place is that it actually exceeded our already high expectations. The house is bigger and even nicer than we were expecting, and the garden is the real highlight. We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our friend's birthday and were extremely lucky with the weather which made it the perfect stay. So much space to spend the day relaxing in the garden, paddling in the stream, and lovely country walk options too. The house itself is well equipped with everything we needed to cook a big meal for 15 and was big enough to not feel crammed in with that many people there. We all absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave, and are already trying to find an excuse to come back again soon!
