Fantastic stay! A lovely break from hectic life! The hot tub was perfect temperature, size with a great view The pod had everything we possibly needed and the space was used well. Great shower and kitchen facilities. Will definitely be coming back!

Such a magical weekend, thank you for having us! It was so peaceful and the animals were all so beautiful (even if the alpacas were a bit cheeky) The hottub made a fabulous finish to each evening under the stars. We will definitely be coming again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mutton Barn. The house was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect: a beautiful, rural position - so quiet - all we could hear was birdsong! The views from the house were outstanding! We loved seeing the wildlife: badgers feeding on the lawn, pheasants in the garden, deer roaming across the fields and a bird of prey swooping from tree to tree as we drove up to the house on our arrival. Paul was a very friendly, obliging and helpful host - we certainly appreciated the lighting of the log burner each night. Many thanks too, Paul, for the champagne, milk and chocolates you left for us - they were much appreciated!

Lizzy's place was wonderful. We were only there for a weekend and I would love to go back for a longer stay. There was plenty of space and the hot tub was a bonus. The property is also close to some very pretty villages and towns - highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful stay the night before our wedding. Stephanie was having some renovation work completed on the property and upgraded us to her larger property which was so kind and such a treat for us all. The house was stunning and our guests felt the same. Thank you so much!

Just got home from a lovely, relaxing stay here. Met up with 5 friends who now live all over the country and this was a great, central location. Tom met us as we arrived and showed us how everything worked. House was clean with some quirky lamps, each bedroom had an en-suite plus kettle and cups. The hot tub was a perfect addition. Lost many an hour chatting away while sat in it. Would definitely stay again.

Sarah is a great host. From acknowledging the reservation through to personally checking in on arrival and departure. The property is as described and the homemade goodies, great selection of teas/coffees plus fresh milk and breakfast really make the stay feel special. If, like me, you’re staying with a dog, then you’ll appreciate the provision of dog towels and a welcome treat, as well as a great field for walking (literally 2 mins from the doorstep). We stayed for 2 nights and I wish it had been longer. Maybe next time! An Airbnb experience that really delivered and made my Cotswold weekend particularly pleasurable.

This was a work stay with 2 colleagues. It’s an ideal location, 5 mins from the office and the lovely Fleece Inn round the corner. Spacious house, great bedrooms and bathrooms. Beverley is a great host and very responsive. The milk in the fridge was really appreciated. We hope to be back soon.

if I would like to live in Birmingham in the future I would like to stay in this place for forever ,so beautiful home management,coffe ,cookies for breakfast,design absolutely perfect British home I felt like very familiar in this place always recommended for everyone!☺️

The cottage is stunning and had everything you could need. Really cosy and welcoming with a fabulous welcome pack. Perfect picturesque location for amenities and lots of walks on the doorstep. I would highly recommend

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

It was a privilege to be able to stay in such a beautiful setting. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding countryside. Beautiful cottage, Sat Nav brought us straight to the location no problems! Cottage was beautiful, Wendy treated us with a bottle of wine & strawberries, 🍷 🍓 The children loved the hot tub and pool, very clean and private! Wendy directed us to nice places to eat! The breakfast in the farm was beautiful, also the roast dinners were delicious! Would definitely visit again! Thankyou Sian & John

Had the most wonderful 3 nights in Cow Pen Cottage. Perfect location with a fantastic farm shop (Cobbs) next door selling fabulous top quality local produce to make wonderful breakfasts with. Wendy was so helpful, giving very clear instructions and points of interest to visit. The cottage is quaint & full of character but still has all the mod cons necessary. Wendy gave us a lovely warm welcome with strawberries & prosecco and chocolates by the bed. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean and a very welcome addition each day. There were so many attractions within a very short drive and that made Cow Pen Cottage the perfect base to explore Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds. We will definately be back some day. The perfect escape! Farahnaz and Paul are really helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The Summerhouse is so secluded and cosy. it really is a proper escape from the "Busy Life" Shakurs on the corner is a great place to eat if you get the chance. The Garden Flat is a wing of the lavish Manor House that takes centre stage. Overlooking a well groomed pool and well designed garden landscape, the flat is within easy reach to the ‘enchanted’ gardens of this beautiful property. Situated in a very picturesque Cotswold village; one can be within minutes reach of a cosy local pub or if in need of solitude; a stone’s throw away from a peaceful lake. The weekend spent in the garden flat was memorable and a nice way to escape the demands of daily life. Thank you Petra for your prompt reply- booked very last minute and we were accommodated nicely.

We Had a Great Time! we Enjoyed the lovely warm pool And the Hot tub, the views are amazing! The cottage is really cosy, and the surrounding countryside is beautiful, we went to The Cotswold Farm Park for a day out- strongly recommended for families with small children. All in all a fabulous holiday we will definitely be coming back!

Great place! The welcome basket with homemade fruit cake, bread, Prosecco and snacks was a lovely gesture and great to taste!! Sally was flexible about check in and check out times which was helpful! Beds were comfy and showers were great ! Kitchen was fully equipped! The corner shop is nearby! Sadly could not use the swimming pool being March and cold. Would definitely recommend!
