Our modern home is 15 minutes drive from Taupo but still feels like a secret hideaway. It is quiet and private with majestic views of Lake Taupo and Mount Ruapehu - the sunsets are stunning. Perfect for a getaway all year round with outdoor areas and BBQ, large windows and an indoor, double-sided fireplace. This container home is set in a private spot surrounded by native bush with a view of the mountain through the trees. The interior of the cabin consists of a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and wood burner. The container has a cosy ambience with lots of light on a sunlit day. Large ranchsliders connect you to the natural world outside for hiking, kayaking, canoeing, skiing or mountain exploring. Walk across the road to dine or relax and cook at home.
