Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. You live in a small village in the middle of nature. The view of the forest and fields, with the sea on the horizon, is attractive, enjoy it from the terrace or from our small lookout house that stands in the boundary. There are many opportunities for a lovely vacation here, with games outside and inside, hammock and trees to climb in our old garden. We have renovated the entire house outside and inside over the last two years. We have prioritized coziness, good beds, fibernet and a fully equipped kitchen.

Close to beaches, fishing lake, shopping, harbor and food/ice bar and mini golf. 9 km to Rudkøbing with cinema, cafe, wine bar and shopping etc.

The house is furnished with a living room with dining area and sofa arrangement on the ground floor and TV and living room in the basement. On the first floor there are two rooms. Suitable for two (close) families with children or families traveling together for generations. The townhouse is located right up the city park and a few minutes walk from the pedestrian street, supermarkets and the harbor.

A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our 3-story townhouse (we live on the ground floor) and consists of: Nice bright room, with 2 single beds, in connection with the living area with TV. Also, a private bathroom. There is a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker. There is no option to purchase breakfast. Smoke-free environment. No parties. There is no possibility of charging electric cars on the property. Check in after 2 p.m. Check out before 11 am

Entire 1st floor 3-room apartment with private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom with double bed and possible extra bed. Living room with sofa bed and possible extra bed. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Access to private terrace overlooking Skarø, Drejø and Ærø.

The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is renovated with modern comfort. NOTE: From June 1st to September 1st, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

'Hyggelig' holiday accommodation totally renovated in 2015 with floor-heated tiled floors. This is a fully self contained guest apartment occupying one of four 'chains' of the old farm. The apartment is arranged with a kitchen including all amenities. There is a beautiful view of the sea to Long Island from the garden, and the apartment is 750 metres from the coast where there is a small idyllic harbour. The farm is situated in stunning nature - especially good for wildlife and bird-watching.

This apartment is located in a small village 3 km from Rudkøbing on Midtlangeland. The apartment is in the main house on an old family farm. There is NO kitchen in the apartment, but a small fridge, electric kettle, microwave and service. There is also the possibility (most days) to buy breakfast for DKK 90 per person. (Children under 12 years, DKK 50) On Langeland, there is beautiful nature and nice beaches. The nearest beach is about 3 km away. Svendborg/Fyn (20 km) is not far away.
