The cozy house with a wood-burning fireplace, Finnish sauna and a bedroom with a hot tub is perfect for a romantic time for two, but with 100 square meters also offers enough space for families with children or a meeting with friends. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

Lovingly, cozily & fully air-conditioned furnished apartment on the ground floor in a rural location. (Nevertheless, the highway is close. It is 5 minutes by car to the A38.) The city center of Heiligenstadt can also be reached in 5 minutes by car (or 30 minutes on foot via bicycle or rural paths). Cyclists will get their money's worth on the Leine-Heide cycle path, as it is about 800 m away. To escape the stress of everyday life and recharge your batteries, our surroundings are wonderful :)

From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed beautiful distant view of the valley. The house is fully equipped. It is made up of a bathroom with shower and water toilet, kitchenette, dining table, fold-out sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. A staircase leads to the heavenly sleeping area (1.60 x 2.00). The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in the summer by arrangement.
