Vacation rentals with a patio in Ruifang District

We really enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. There's lift access which made it really convenient for us with our kids and our multiple luggage. The heater works really well. Also, there's also washing machine and dryer. Loved the beautiful view of Bitan lake and it's within 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. It's also conveniently located, just 7-mins walk to Xindian station and a shopping mall with restaurants and supermarket. there's also a direct bus to Taipei Zoo. The hosts are also really responsive and friendly. Appreciate that they took the time to give us helpful recommendations and also gave us the option to deposit our luggage.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The place looked exactly the same as the photos. It was clean, comfortable and cosy.. The location is extremely convenient and makes it easy to get to anywhere plus it feels safe. There’s our favourite 7-11 just downstairs and many famous food along the street. Would be great to have a little more or bigger bins so that we can dispose rubbish when we packed the food back. It’s such a nice home stay that we don’t want to ruin it and keep it clean for future guests too :)

I use Airbnb a lot but this one was special. Alison always helped me out with any issue I had. Since I stayed at his place for 3 month, I wanted to feel at home and I absolutely did. For example I’m used to softer beds as they are common in Germany and the mattress was a bit harder. I ask if he maybe has a topper or something and he immediately ORDERED one for me. I’ve never ever expected that. Everything was perfectly fine. Also the area was really nice and it has a lot of little restaurants and so on, because it’s located near medical university. I loved my stay! Thank you Alison 🫶

Great location with a very responsive host. Instructions for check-in were great. Q-Square location is ideal for getting-around Taipei. Great value with three bedrooms.

The hostess is friendly and kind, proactive & respond to messages is quick, the house is easy to find a convenience store, there is a convenience store early market nearby, you can walk a little L way to the subway night market, easy to eat, the whole house is safe to check in, don't worry about the arrival time, the room is cozy, the bed is clean and clean, the environment is clean, the environment is clean, the environment is calm, there is heating and air conditioning on cold days, the children slept very comfortably, really CP-worthful stay, I look forward to my next visit again

My family and I had a great stay! The house was huge and very well-equipped with entertainment amenities like karaoke, Nintendo switch games, mahjong table etc. The host was really responsive as well. Would definitely recommend staying at this place!

This listing is located in a peaceful location yet close to the subways and main street. The listing was easy to locate in a relatively peaceful location. We loved how the listing was well equipped with a lot of amenities and provided travelling quests with essential items such as the Electric Airpot(Hot water dispenser), additional pillows, blankets etc. All these were extremely helpful in the cold weather. The feel and decor is cozy and allow us to feel relaxed when we are back. Host was exceptionally friendly and good to communicate with. Requests for items such as Tissue boxes were addressed promptly the next morning. Host also dropped by to pass on snacks and drinks for the New Year Eve which added to the great hospitality that we received. Great house, Great location and Great host :)

The host is super nice and attentive, the environment is very comfortable and the amenities are also very well equipped, which is a very nice place for a family gathering.

The host was very welcoming and the place was exactly like the photos!It is convenient to walk to 7-11 within 1 minute, and you can reach Guting MRT station in 5 minutes without worrying about traffic.In addition, although the property is new, I was worried that the new house would have a more pungent smell, and the result was not at all ~ ~ the host also provided an air purifier and diffuser, and the smell was also loved!The design and decoration are very comfortable, especially the living room and kitchen are free to use, the cp value is very, very high!!

This is an accommodation where 8 people stayed while traveling with friends. I was impressed by the unique interior. It's well organized, and the cattle appliances are well-stocked. The location was close to the subway station, so it was easy to get around, and it was nice that the surroundings were quiet. I had a good time and rested comfortably. It's also unfortunate that finishes such as exposed concrete walls, ceilings, and wood walls make it feel more like a filming studio than a home where people live. The kitchen wall is also exposed concrete, so something like stone powder drops. It wasn't a good environment to prepare a meal. The bathroom wall is also painted on the wood, but there is mold. I don't understand that the walls of a very humid space in Taiwan that use water is not tile. The unique interior layout is only beautiful in drawings and photos. In many ways, the architecture itself leaves a lot of regret. The host's service was very good, and the communication was good, so that was very good. If you're looking for a casual place to stay, I recommend it but it's a well-built, not a great place to live. Thank you though! We hope this feedback will make your stay even better.

The family returned to the country for 3 weeks, the experience was great, the room was very clean, and the washing machine was drying, it really was a big help, it only took 12 minutes to get to the station, it was very convenient, the 7-11 family was also only 2 minutes to walk, the host was very attentive and patient, 100 minutes ~ family said that next time come back and come here to stay.👍

Amazing host and great location in Nankan! Heidi was so easy to communicate with and made the stay right at home. Loved the curated space and how easy it is to get to restaurants and public transportation. Highly recommend for those visiting Taoyuan!

Location is amazing and the tv has so many shows to watch, I would love to repeat in the future! Also they reply your questions really fast which is appreciated

I personally feel that the bath water pressure is a little insufficient, but the overall environmental equipment is very good, and the CP value is high!

Stayed at about 3.4 Airbnb in a soup yard Favorite one!!! The house is very clean and the cookware is very well stocked The hardness of the floor is also moderate The hot spring didn't have to say that the water was very hot.
